At Madni Dates, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for an immediate replacement or full refund within 7 days of parcel delivery.

Eligibility Conditions:

• The product must be in its original packaging.
• For perishable items (dates/nuts), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there is any quality discrepancy.
• Proof of purchase (Order Reference number or SMS receipt) is required.
